The Preston Subdivision is located off White Road in Byron; nested within Manchester Place Subdivision. The subdivision is located in Byron, the Peach County school district serves Manchester Place. Homes in Manchester Place are all brick front 3-4 Bedroom homes with vinyl siding available for up to $180,000. The subdivision features sidewalks, all brick single family one story homes. A community playground is located within the Manchester Place subdivision for family oriented living.
