Hawks Landing
Hawks Landing is a new subdivision located in Kathleen, GA right across from Matt Arthur Elementary School. The subdivision features single family homes with large lots, 2-car garages and custom front elevations. Features include all brick homes, gas log fireplaces, sprinkler systems, custom cabinets, upgraded appliances, and fornt & back porches. The subdivision is zoned for Houston County’s newest Veterans High School in Kathleen.
